Recipient Email Issue Please HELP ME...

    I can not change the email address to a different one on my form's submission (recipient). It keeps sticking to my old email address. I changed it many times but when I do a test email it still goes to my old one. I have even deleted the form and started from scratch but it still sends to the same old email. Help! Thanks!!!

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Have you tried already deleting your browser cache and cookies after the changes of your recipient email address? If not, please give a try and do let us know if this solution fixed the said issue of not so we can further assist you.

    I am having exactly the same problem. I have made modifications to the recipient email address a number of times, and also cleared the cache and cookies. But it still uses the old email recipient address.

    If you want me to provide the email addresses to insert, then please let me have an email address to send this to.

    Please send an email to jotformsupport@gmail.com  and give us an email you want to be inserted in your form. we will try to insert and test to see if can reproduce same problem.

    Having the same issue.  I change the recipient email but it still got to the account admin email.
