Why is my account autosuspended?

    Hi! I am not sure why I can't log in. When I try, I get a message that "login failed - AUTOSUSPENDED."  Can you help?

    Hello Christy,

    I did check your account "devmyweb" and did not find any issue with that. Your account is already active. It seems one of my colleague have already taken care of your account issues and activated your account.

    Do try to sign in to your JotForm account and get back to us if you have any trouble.
