I deleted form but upload storage space has not cleared.

I have created a new form that should not use as much space as there are no options to attach images or documents, and deleted our old form. Can you advise why it is still saying we are out of space?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

Please note that when you delete a form, it is just moved to trash folder. You still have form and submissions in your account. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to please purge the form from your trash folder. Alternatively, you can also restore the form and then delete the submissions which has file attachment. Please note that deleting a submission record will also delete the attached file as well and free up your upload storage space.
