Several submissions are missing from my form.

    Hi Sir/Mdm,

    I have created my form few months ago, probably around March or April. The purpose of the form is for candidates to fill up for our movie audition. So far I have received 350++ applicants to fill up the form. But how come when I click "view all my submission" then only appear 48 submissions? It's a serious issue as we need to print it out of each candidate details due to the audition coming soon, can you please help me to solve this issue and we look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did check your form and found that you only have 48 submissions. Have you deleted old submissions form your form? I did check your account history but it does not display any logs for submission deletion.

    Do you have any other account? I did check our email logs and found that you have received several submission emails on admin@jpictures.sg email address but form a different form:  http://www.jotform.me/form/71102965984463 

    This form has 391 submissions and is associated with account "JPictures". Account profile email address of this account is adm**@jpict****.sg. Is this your account too?
