    Thank You Page Not Showing Up

    I've had a customer complain that the Thank You page is not showing up for this form: https://www.panostitcher.com/order

    Is there a way to correct this?

    Your Thank You page is setup correct:

    So, it should display after submission. Can we try doing a real submission on your form to see if that happens?

    I tested your form, I the issue reproduced on my end:

    I see it happens when it is submitted through the form's direct link too.

    I cloned your form, and the same issue happened, then I tried clearing forms cache, deleting fields, setting the Thank You page again, checking for any CSS code that might cause the issue, but I could not find the cause of the issue. So, I have forwarded this to our back-end team for further help, you will be notified via this thread when this gets fixed.

    Unfortunately, there ins't any updates yet. I would suggest you to clone your form, and use the clone version. In the clone version, redirect to your own Thank You page, so the user will have the confirmation of the form being successfully submited:

    We are sorry for this inconvenience and delay. 

    As we checked your issue further, you are currently using default thank you page on your form and there is nothing on redirect option on thank you page.

     

    So, we tested in on already cloned version of your form where the redirect URL exist on it.

    I sent a test submission to cloned form and I was able to be redirected to the URL as you can see on the following gif. It just takes a short time to load the form on embedded site. 

    Could you please check this on your side and let us know if you encounter the same problem again?
