My forms are showing disabled?

    hello!

     

    My forms are showing disabled - can you help me fix this?  Thank you!

    We reviewed your account and found the forms were requesting credit card information on plain text fields. This is considered a phishing activity since no encryption is used.

    You request the approval for collection of information from customers but this won't encrypt the information. Be advised that credit card information is considered critical information and it is handled as such.

    We have implemented appropriate methods so you can make use of them to receive payments from customers:

    This link will explain how is it done. Even if you just want to verify a card for validity, you can select an option to do so and not run the card.

    Please refrain from collecting such information for it has the potential to suspend your account.
