Why my form is stuck on "Please wait" message on submit?

    On one of our newer cloned forms, a user was got the "please wait" message.

    The form is embedded into WordPress using the suggested [embed] code.  The thank you page is from JotForm.

    Can you take a look and let us know why this is happening?

    I tested your form and I was able to replicate this issue.

    Could you please try embedding your form by using the iFrame embed method instead, here is the code:
