Our web browser updated and it is no longer recognizing the Private Key and we can't find it on our computer.

We do not store the private key files. I am sorry to inform you, but there is no way to decrypt the data if you do not have a correct private key (which is saved to your browser, and downloaded when the encryption is enabled).
It is possible to generate the new keys by re-enabling the form encryption, but this will not help with the old data decryption.
If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

We do not keep a log of when the key file was created. The file is generated when encryption is applied to the form so whatever date the encryption was applied would be the date the file was created.
