#1. Sometimes we got multiple submission from the same person within seconds (with the exact same info, suggesting he/she refreshed or hit the Submit button twice? It occurs like 10% of the submission). How can we prevent this, but still allowing the same user to submit another submission later (the next day, next week etc).#2. We have had submissions from 11:30AM, legit and verified. Then, around 10-11PM the same submission came in again which are duplicates from 11:30AM. This is just an example, the time varies. How can we prevent this?*
*We tried recaptcha (not so user friendly though when the image selection pops up, are there easier alternatives? Maybe a required checkbox widget which clears upon submission or refresh?) The recaptcha seems to work in preventing the time-travelling orders. But it won't prevent the issue #1.

Please note that it is possible to prevent users from submitting multiple submissions and here are the options available:
#1. Unique Submission: You can take advantage of our unique submission feature to block multiple submissions from one system of one IP address by setting the "Check Cookies Only (Loose check)" or "Check Cookies & IP address (Strict Check)" respectively. #2. Unique Question: You can also use our unique question feature to prevent from submitting duplicate submissions. Example: You can set one of your forms question (like cell number or email address) to be a unique question. This will not allow a user to use the same cell number or email address to submit your form. Unfortunately both the options will not allow users to submit form again the next date, next week etc. If you enable unique submission with "Check Cookies Only (Loose check)", user will have to clear browser cache before submitting the form again.
