My account is Autosuspend, why?

I need access to the forms that had payments and registration. Why is it in autosuspend?

I have checked and your account with username fisherworldtravel is autosuspended by our phishing system. I have inspected your forms, that are located inside of My Form folder and I did not found any fields that are violating our Terms of Use. 

I have activated your account. Most likely you account was autosuspended because of the Cincinnati Jazz Festival Payment Form, that is located inside of Trash folder on your account. It seems that inside of that form you have some credit card fields. I would suggest you to purge that form from Trash folder.
