Why was my account suspended?

    I cant login to my account. It says account suspended and I cant access my links either.

    How do I fix this?

    When I check your email address, I have found two Jotform accounts which are related to it and both accounts have been suspended because of phishing. 

    In your form whose title is "Automatic Bill Pay Authorization", you are requesting bank information. These fields are against to our Terms of Use and perceived as "Phishing". 

    Please note that our users cannot collect sensitive data such as credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information.

    You can only use our payment tools in order to get payments. If you don't want to get payment and if you need only payment authorization you can enable the "Authorization Only" feature.
