Why the upload file does not send to dropbox?

    Why the upload file does not send to dropbox? I have a form for payment along with upload features. It has been integrated with dropbox. But, the attached file does not come to by dropbox. How can I overcome this problem?

    Hi;

    Lets know if the files you are mentioning on your post are existing or those submitted after integration?

    Unfortunately if they are already existing files, Jotform can't send them, it will only send submissions you get after the integration with Dropbox. 

    If you wish to transfer existing  files to dropbox, an alternative solution is download the files and paste your files to your dropbox folder in your computer.  This way it will sync your files to your dropbox account.

    Thanks. I means submission after intetration with dropbox. Is there any
    limitations with payment form. The following is my form. I am not also
    receiving notification to either my emails although I have set 2 emails
    seperated by comma. This is the paid form not free service.

    Regarding on your Notification, can you please set your Notification's Sender E-mail address to noreply@jotform.com and do let us know if this solution fixed the issue or not so we can further assist you.

    Thanks for your prompt response. I have set my Notification's Sender E-mail
    address to noreply@jotform.com. Since, this is a payment form so I can not
    make a test it now. I am waiting for my clients payment. After that I can
    verify whether it is working or not.
    By the way, I had made this form to dropbox integration more than two weeks
    ago. I checked several times by clicking the integration. Everytime I click
    integration, it always showed that it is connected to dropbox.
    I found that my clients had paid through this form along with uploaded
    registration file yesterday and day before yesterday. Now I have verified
    it in the submission and report of jotform web page. But both the
    registration files that had been uploaded were not sent to my dropbox. What
    is the cause? May I request for a help?

    I was not able to reproduce the error. I set up a test form with multiple uploads buttn and a dropbox integration, were you able to find the registration file in the jotform submissions page anyway?

    I would suggest you to remove the integration and re-create it . Also try to submit files with a different browser (I use chrome and FF)

    Thank you so much. I have removed the dropbox integration and re-created to
    dropbox. Let see what happen. Well, I will try from other browser.
    How you did multiple uploads without selection the mandatory items of
    payments? Dis you use another form instead of my payment form name as
    "Before 15th Aug. GEOMAT2012 Reg."
    I have not seen any uploaded files in my submission that your are saying.

    Do not worry, I did not use your form , I used my own test form.

    I can send a test to your form as well , can you refer the form ID or URL ?
