Custom URL

You can create a custom URL of your form in the Form Builder. Here's how:

1. Click "Publish" in the top menu and then go to the "Quick Share" option. 

2. In the form's direct link, click the "Edit" icon to change the normal URL to a custom URL. If you want to remove the custom URL, click the "Reset" icon. 

Please take note that your username and form title will be part of the custom URL.
