Having an issue with our form not loading in Explorer or Safari - some customers were getting a 'too long script' error. This is brand new and has not happened before.

I opened your form using Internet Explorer and I was able to replicate the issue. Here's the message I am getting:
Please give me more time to investigate the issue, I will contact you again on this thread once I have an answer. Thank you for understanding.

any word on this? We are currently losing multiple enrollee's and it is far from beneficial to use your service if it does not work on these other platforms.

Please accept my apology for the delay.
I recommend disabling the Continue Forms Later in the Form Settings page. We don't suggest using that feature if you have long calculations, conditions or form fields. Here's how:
Also, here's a cloned form of your form but the Continue Forms Later is disabled: https://form.jotformpro.com/71586988477986. Please feel free to test it on any internet browser and let us know how it goes.
Hope that helps. Thank you.
