I am sorry, this problem has fired up again. All of my client's review forms and data submission forms now trigger malwarebytes.
Can we get this sorted once and for all please? I realise that it is not directly your fault bit surely you can apply a little pressure to get white listed.
The whole purpose of my website, ja-world.com is client feedback. Malwarebytes has rendered it useless to those that have this software installed.
Getting this resolved is now a matter of urgency.

We have received a response from Malwarebytes that there was a temporary issue and it was resolved. Following are the steps provided by Malwarebytes support if the issue persists.
1. Install all the latest Windows Updates (Important)
2. Download and run the NEW MBAM-clean tool From the link below:
3. Reboot your computer
4. After the reboot reinstall Malwarebytes 3.0 using the link below:

Thank you for your response Kiran.
The problem is on my website. Any visitors wishing to leave reviews for our Associates (which is in part, the whole point of the website's existence) or associates wishing to submit data to us, get a malwarebytes intervention.
Whilst your suggestion may well prevent problems while I am testing forms embedded in nearly 100 pages , it is impractical and unrealistic to expect my users to do this so they can submit a review or data.
Is this likely to be a short term problem that will work it's way out as users naturally update their software? Or is it going to be an on going issue?
I appreciate your concern and assistance.

It looks like that Malwarebytes blocked our form.jotformeu.com subdomain again. We have contacted them to lift the block.
We will let you know once we have any updates.

Malwarebytes have lifted the block yesterday. As far as I understand, the website list is automatically updated along with the package version. So, most of the Malwarebytes users do not need to manually update their clients.
The form.jotformeu.com address was automatically unblocked on my end.
If you notice the issue again, please let us know.
