Is there a possibility that someone else could send my survey, without having to log in with my username and password?

    Hi,

In Juni I made and sent a survey, but not all of my contacts have responded. I’ve decided to send the survey again in September. But in the meantime I will change jobs, so I will ask my colleague to send it again. Is there a possibility that my colleague could send my survey, without having to log in with my username and password? Moreover, the answers have to come back in her inbox and not in mine, because my email address will be removed within a few weeks.

    Thanks!

Yes, there is. Simply get your form's URL then have her distribute the said URL using her own e-mail account.

Moreover, the answers have to come back in her inbox and not in mine, because my email address will be removed within a few weeks.

You will need to change your form notification's recipient email - https://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications

By the way, if you are about to permanently lose access to email address associated with your JotForm account, I advise you to change the address now on your account settings page.

For your information, the email address on file with your JotForm account is used as the default recipient address for newly-created forms.
