Just setup my form and uploaded a text file (rtf). Got the email notification and for about 5 minutes the link to the file in the email went no where (I forget what was comin up in the URL).
Now when I click the file link in the email it does go to dropbox (so I need to wait some time beyound getting the email confirmation) but the public folder is is referencing shows no files/data. Nor is there a file on my local PC via Drop Box sync.
Since I know the JotForm functionality supports many API/solutions...where do I figure out how this should be working and/or how to troubleshoot?

I checked your form but could not find any submissions on it. Also, the said form is not integrated to Dropbox.
Let me help you get this working. Begin by registering a free account with us. Kindly use the same e-mail address so that the form you have created as a guest will be transferred to the new account.
Afterwards, edit your form then start the Dropbox integration process.
When you're done, save the form then do a test submit to confirm that the integration is working properly.
