I have a form for requestion vacation that an employee fills out which includes their EMail and that of their manager.
Upon submission a confirmation is sent to both email addresses, what I would lke to be able to do is to prompt the manager to approve or decline the vacation request.
I s the is possble ?
thanks in advance

If not mistaken this is not possible. I think a real application to make your case or at least a web script that handles the reservations.Hope this helps.Alessandro

Is there anyway to verify a form submission to try and ensure the users identity ?
if the form prompts for an email address at time of submission, send a confirmatory email asking 'Did you submit this form ? If yes please click here"
this is similar to my original question - but also relates to how to cut down on potential spam form submissions.

It is possible to check submitter IP from Submissions page.
Also, you can share the access to form Submissions page, so that your managers will be able to to send confirmation "Forward" messages from that page.

You can send the Autoresponder to them, but we do not have any confirmation option.
If you would like to protect your form from bots, you may add captcha field to your form.
If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

Thank you for your suggestions. Ideally I need to have somemechanism whereby the autorecipient can confirm they really did submit the form. Yes the captcha is a good idea but I'm equally concerned that a human might submit a form with someone elses email address, yes the autoresponder would alert them to the mischief but having a feedback mechanism within the autoresponder functionaility would be very helpful :)
