Can we share our form templates with other accounts without making them public?

There are other people within my organization who use a different jotform account, and I'd like to be able to share with them some of my forms to use as templates. Is there a way to do this without making the form public? 

One solution to consider is sharing your form URL with them and they would clone your form. That would result in a copy of your form into their account, with the exact same layout and functionality.
