    I'm not getting my confirmation emails through - help!

    Hello, I'm not any emails apart from test ones, through from you. Therefore I've no confirmations of bookings or payments.

    Please let me know any more info you need in order to help me. Thank you

    I have checked your account and able to see mail logs from our server to your email. Check the logs below;

    To solve this issue can you please delete and add the email once more, try also to change your Sender Name to JotForm,
    and your Sender-Email to noreply@jotform.com and then do a test?

    Lets know if this works out!

    I've tried three times now and I can't seem to it! It won't let me change
    the details...

    Ok, I think I've done it... I just need to wait for a proper booking to
    come through as test emails have worked previously.
    Is there any way to forward those previous emails through to me now?

    Hi; You can access your submitted forms in your jotform account under Jotform---> myforms --->unread.

    I made all of the suggested changes and my test worked yet I've since had
    new submissions - none of which I've received a confirmation for... :(
    Please help me to sort this out.

    Hi Gail

    Since this is paypal form,the emails are only sent after the payment is processed. If a client submit a paypal form but do not complete the payment, it stays as a pending submission and you will not receive any emails.

    There are 5 Pending Submissions posted in your account for this form can you please check whether these are the transactions which was processed by Paypal? The Notification Email is only sent when the payment transaction is completed otherwise it will be considered as Pending Submission. For the instructions on how to view the Pending Submissions please visit this page:


    Please also note that the email address has to be the primary email address in your Paypal account. If you have registered multiple email addresses in your Paypal account, make sure you use the primary email address. Otherwise, IPN will not work. It would also be much appreciated if you can post the IPN url set in your Paypa account.

    In addition to my colleague's response, if you have received Payment notifications from Paypal and you have not received any from JotForm, please check your spam folder, the missing emails should be there.  You can find the link to the spam folder on the left panel, right under All Mail
