Unable to delete or enable forms

Good Morning - 

Since we are over our limit, I'm trying to clean up unused/under used forms but nothing happens when delete or enable is selected. I've tried it in Chrome and IE 11. Please advise.

I've checked your account, and it's not over-limit, your account is active, and you have 5 forms in your account at the moment. 

Can you try to logout and login back again? If the issue still persists, please let us know so we can look into it further.
