Form has been disabled?

    My form was working fine for the contest my website is running, then it stopped yesterday. The error message that we get once the form is submitted is that it has been disabled. Please help!

    Your  form was created under a guest account which can only have up to 20 submissions as of the moment the form went over limit which is why it is suspended. To activate the form you can register for a free account which allows you to have up to 100 monthly submissions. When you go to JotForm website you should see the following on the left side:

    Just create an account and use your own email address. Your guest account will be merged with this new account.
