Why my form has not been forward to my e-mail, after been submited?

    Even thou I received the test form, forms submite from my website has not been forward to the e-mail address provided.

    I have checked your account and found out that you have not set the notification. Please check on the link below on how to set it;

    To set email address for a form:

    1. Open the form on the form editor

    2. Click on "Setup & Share" tab on the top toolbar

    3. Click on "Email Alerts"

    4. Click on "Add New Email" and complete the steps.
