Is there a way for the hidden information to be visible to the admin when editing a submission?

Is there a way for the hidden information to be visable to the admin when editing a submission? 

For instance, I have clients fill out a top portion of my form, from there, the rest is what I need to fill out while I am with them, but they don't need to see it while they are filling out their part as its overwhelming. I just need to access it after they submit it.
