I just upgraded my account to silver. I selected monthly but it said that it was yearly on my receipt.

As per your above explanation, I have gone ahead and changed the subscription to Silver monthly and refund of the balance is being processed, please allow 7-10 business days for reimbursement to reflect in your bank statement.
