Some users have reported that a form will essentially "lock up

    Hello,

           I have had some users report that a form will "lock up" and not allow them to advance to the next page.  It has been very inconsistent as to which page the form stops on and does not do it everytime they use the form.  This occurs even after confirming that all required questions have been answered.  This seems to occur on iPhones more frequently versus Android. 

          Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    I tested the form on mobile and was unable to reproduce the freezing issue.  I did not even experience any lag or slowdown when progressing through the form.  Have you been able to reproduce this on your end and if so, under what circumstances?  As far as I can tell, the form loads and allows for completing all fields.
