Hidden field is showing

Hi, I've got a number of fields in a form set to hide with conditional logic applied to other questions which will show the hidden field if conditions are met. 

However when I'm testing the form through the publish link, the hidden fields are showing. Is this a problem anyone else has had or have I set it up wrong?

No URL included as the form has a bunch of other logic you'd need to give correct answers to get to the relevant stage.

I have inspected your form and it has a lot of conditions, so it was a bit hard to navigate through the form. 

The way mentioned conditions is set, upload field should be shown and condition is working correctly. Considering that non of the options is selected in your conditional checkbox field, upload field is shown. Upload field will only be hidden if one of three options that you have set are selected. So if non of those options are select or if field is empty, upload field will be shown.

I would suggest you do check your logic and modify mentioned condition. 

If you have issues with setting your conditions, please provide us more details about how do you want to set it and when should upload field be shown.
