How to preview image based on URL provided by users?

I would prefer that form submitters not submit images, but would like them to be able to submit a external URL.  Is there any sort of widget which will show a preview of a image URL entered into the form?

If I understand your question correctly, you want to allow your users to input external image URL and preview it before submitting the form. Is that correct?

Unfortunately it is not possible to ask users to input image URL to preview in form. I would suggest you to please take a look at our "Image Upload Preview" widget and see if that fits into your requirement. This widget will allow your users to upload image which will be previewed in the form.

I will also test few option to see if I can find any workaround to achieve your requirement.
