I've set up an integration between my jotform and Zoho CRM.
All of the fields appear to be matched (see screenshot) but the telephone field isn't copying across to Zoho. With another of my integrated Jotforms I'm experiencing the same problem with fields not copying across to Zoho CRM.

I checked your form and integration. The integration is working properly. However, you need to update your phone field with a phone field. Do not use short text entry to collect phone numbers. In this kind of integrations, the field types are very important that if you don't use proper field types, the information can't be inserted on the Zoho side.
Here I set up an integration and I filled the phone filed after I changed the short text entry phone field with a default phone field:
