If the form is initially viewed as a sticker on a page, is that considered a form view even if the customer doesn't click on the sticker?

We have a JotForm set up on all our product pages on our site, they are initially shown as a sticker that says "Request Customization-Click Here" (see attached screenshot). Once you click on the button it pops up the form. But before a customer clicks on the form, is that considered a form view, just seeing the button on the page? I only ask because we are only 8 days into this month and have already almost exceeded our 10,000 form views.

As far as I can tell, the form is being loaded when the page is initially loaded.  Though it can be opened in a modal window, the form script is being loaded with the page regardless of the modal window being accessed.

If you want the form not to load each time the page is loaded, it would require using a link to the form rather than the embed script.  You could use a similar button hyperlink to the button you have now.
