Need to reset password and still no email

    I am still not receiving any email notifications and also an email from jotform so that I can reset my password.

    Hi Sarah

    Your email address was in our bounce list and I've removed it. Try resetting the password now.

    The following message was given by our system as the reason for your email being on our bounce list:

    5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'Email rejected due to security policies - -'

    The following remedies may help to prevent any reoccurence of the issue:

    1. Send a copy of the system message to your email service provider

    2. Whitelist our Jotmail IPs

    3. Set the Sender E-mail of the form (and all subsequent forms) to, as illustrated by my colleague gori-mathew.

    After whitelisting the IPs and setting the sender e-mail to, do a test submission and let us know if you get the notification.
