Can I create a form and send it out to be completed and when it is sent back to me, can I send it back for the person to make changes?

I need to be able to send the form back and forth to provide feedback to my teachers before the form becomes final.

This can be done by inserting an edit link into a notification (as opposed to an autoresponder). That way, whenever the submission is updated, both the teacher who would have submitted the form and you will be notified of all updates.

Getting a notification to work like an autoresponder requires setting up a send an e-mail after submission condition. Here's how:

    1. After loading the form in question into the form builder, insert an email field if there isn't one already and then click Email Alerts > Notification

    2. Insert an edit link anywhere within the table that's in the Compose Email section of the notification. To insert such a link, click anywhere in the table and then click Edit Link in the menu you'll see on the right. (While on the Compose Email section, note the tag for the email field. It will be something like {email3}.)

    3. Close the notification and while on the Setup & Embed tab, click Conditions > Send an e-mail after submission and setup a condition similar to that below, substituting your actual email address for user@example.com (At any rate, the email address currently in the notification will automatically populate the email to box once Notification is selected for the Then send field.)

(Make sure there's a comma and space after your email address but there should be no space after the {email} tag.)

The reason for using a notification instead of an autoresponder for this functionality is that the former notifies users of every change made to the submitted data.

The condition above exists in this demo form. Clone it and change the email address in its condition from user@example.com to yours and do a couple of test submissions. (You can use MailCatch.com if you need to act as one of your teachers and need a temporary email address for the tests.)
