Have been using jotform for a year. Multiple receiptients do not receive notification - only #1 email gets it.

What are the email addresses that do not receive form notifications? Have you looked at the spam folder for the missing notifications?

I checked your account and in particular your Registration form and found out that only one email is set as notification email:email@example.com
If you wish the emails stated above to be notification emails, then you need to add them in notification page separating them with commas, see the guideline in the link below;
Also ensure that you change your Sender Name to JotForm, and your Sender-Email to firstname.lastname@example.org and then do a test?
