Input Table: Ability to include currency symbol in currency field type.

How do I have the fields in my Input Table automatically add a US dollar currency symbol?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a dollar or another currency symbol to the fields in the Input Table. However, if you want, we could open a feature request for it, although we cannot provide an ETA, we would  let you know as soon as we get any update.
