i have recieved an encryted form and the encryption key is not on my computer, I was never prompted to download it.

If you do not have the encryption key, there is nothing we can do, the data will not be decrypted. Please disable the feature to avoid losing access to new submissions. If you want to enable it again, make sure the encryption key file is downloaded first.
