I am trying to change the recipient email on a form but it is not working

    I am trying to use a new Recipietn email on this form http://www.jotform.com/?formID=22007462938151

    I would like the submissions to go to fidreferrals@azdvs.gov and have gone through the wizard many times, still not working. The forms will only go to tbogert@azdvs.gov

    I have change your Recipient email for you. All submission will be send to your new Recipient.
