Distance between two points that includes air travel

Just wondering if there is a widget or method on JotForm to calculate the distance between two points as the crow flies. Specifically looking to calculate distance from air travel (for example from New York to London). I've used the driving distances widget before, but it looks like it calculates road distances and cannot handle trips where there is no road between the points (such as NYC to London).

We currently do not have a widget that is directly capable of this out of the box. 

From what I have researched, you can achieve it with a bit of manual input as well. That is, you will have to manually input the air distance to the total driving distance calculated.

At the least, you will have to use 2 Driving distance widgets.

I am looking at a formula like below:

driving distance1 + air distance + driving distance2 = total distance
