    I have included a screenshot of the word document I have that has property description, lines, boxes, words etc.

    The word doc is several pages of questions asking about a property owner's home. How do I create a jotform form using this word doc?

    Spmeone told me I have to create the WHOLE form from scratch. of course I didnt like that answer and thought there should be a better easier way.

    can you help??

    thanks

    Hi;

    Unfortunately, that is the only way as stated above. You will have to create the form from scratch using Jotform special design tools. Although, we have a form gallery with a variety of forms from different categories where you can choose from.

    http://www.jotform.com/form-templates/

    Once you identify any form in the gallery that is close to you needs, you can then clone it and modify it to look exactly the way your word form slooks like.

    Check on this link to see how you can clone a form: http://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form

    Please lets know if you need further assistance.
