When I embed the iFrame code within my app, only the first page appears?

I have been having issues with some users experiencing forms "locking up" and not allowing them to advance to the next page.  With reading other items in the Support Forums, I thought that I would try to embed the iframe code to see if it would remedy the issue.  When I copy the iframe code and insert it in my BuildFire app, only the first page of each form will appear.

    How can I remedy that?
