hi we are having problems with our database. The problem is that according to JotForm database we have not recieved any forms from our website in the month of May, however phisically we have recieved at least 10/15
The name of the databse is Clases Jump 6.0 Churubusco.
However this is happing on varios forms also.
We urgently need to see why it has stopped updating since the end of April? We have checked the code on our website and everything seems to be in order. We also have not moved anything sice April to cause this error?
Please help us to resolve the issue or help us understand what we need to do to ensure that our database is always updating.

You have five (5) submissions in the "Clases Jump 6.0 Churubusco" form for the month of May. You are on the Silver Plan and you have an unlimited submissions storage so it's impossible that the submissions will disappear in the form. I would suggest checking it again.
If you can share with us the other forms that you've mentioned, we'd be happy to check them as well.
