    Why does my PayPal total show no value amount after clicking submit

    Hello JotForm Team,


    My form has been working correctly. Now, all of a sudden, when a user selects to pay by Credit Card, the amount due shows $50.00.  When clicking submit it changes to no value. Since it changes to no value, the form is directed to the Thank you page and not the PayPal gateway.


    Will you please look at the form to see what changed?

    I am still testing trying to figure out why the total is getting clear when the form is submitted. I will get back to you as soon as I figure it out.

    I apologize for the delay, it was a little difficult to identify the problem. After checking conditions, and revising the formulas, etc, I found out that you have setup zero numbers inside the calculation area of the Form Calculations widgets called PayPal Input:

    (Click on the wand icon, remove the numbers, then click on save)

    And Payment Calculation:

    (Click on the wand icon, remove the numbers, then click on save)

    Please remove those zero values, as that is causing the conflict. I did it already in my clone version, and it is now working: https://form.jotform.co/71630713880859

    Thank you!  I am not sure how the $0.00 values were added as the form was working successfully up until yesterday.  Thus, I did not think to look at the two fields. Per your reply, I removed the values and the form is now working again. I appreciate the quick reply.
