Hi,
Why do some of the recipients of the auto-responder e-mail not receiving the notification?

Hello Amy,
I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your form's auto-responder email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and auto-responder email should be sent without any problem.
I did test your form with my email address and I did receive auto-responder email successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us with the email address on which you are not receiving email, we will take a look.
