NO emails working AND file upload not working

NO emails working AND file upload not working 

Hey guys, this happens too often to run a business. We rely on these emails to process our orders.

Also, files acceptable for upload changed without any updating of the form. We thought if left blank, then any file could be uploaded. We cannot afford to not be able to trust our forms. Yes, sometimes these problems seem to fix themselves, but that doesn't bring our customers back after being frustrated with our forms.
