Why JotForm tab in Facebook not available on mobile?

Hello, I added my form to Facebook and it automatically embedded the form into my Contact tab. Everything seems to be working fine with the form. I've noticed my FB contact tab on mobile devices is not available, thus making the form unavailable on a mobile device. Am I missing a step or over looked an option? Thanks. 

It is because Facebook does not support custom tabs on mobiles.

Please use the following method instead when you add the form to Facebook.

This custom app provides a URL that makes the tab viewable on mobile.
