Can't see Answers to half of the Questions

Why can't I see the responses to all of the questions I have added? Do I need to remove the second and third heading? I just want to add information that does not need an answer.

If you would like to see all of your submission data. You need to:

1. Go to your forms

2. Select your form

3. Click on Submissions:

4. On the right hand side there is a gear icon. Click on it:

5. Check which fields you want displayed in your submissions:
