How can I customize my form to match my organization's paper form?

We are interested in using JotForm for our online admission application process. Is it possible for us to send our current paper application to a designer at JotForm who can then help us design our form to reflect the same look (fonts, colors, logo)?

Also, what are the printing capabilities? We want to print each application submission so it looks identical or similar to the paper applications we currently use.

You can design your form through our Advanced Designer

    Please check these guides:

If you still need help on things you can not accomplish with the advanced designer, you can do it through CSS injection: https://www.jotform.com/help/75-Customize-Your-Form-Using-Custom-CSS-Codes

If you do not know CSS, we can help providing CSS codes. However, if you want to expedite the process of designing your form, I would recommend you to hire a web-designer or someone with strong knowledge of CSS, unfortunately, we do not have people meant for that, but you can go to Upwork( https://www.upwork.com/ ) to hire a designer.
