Upgraded account to Premium

    I upgraded my account to premium but it is still showing as a free account?

    The order didn't reflect your Jotform account username and that is why your account wasn't upgraded automatically. I have refunded the full payment made.

    Please re-upgrade your account by going to Account Settings > then go to Upgrade To Premium.
