Ability to download PDF submission through its link without be logged in.

Hi,

Since yesterday all our submission downloads return 404 page not found. The link we download from is https://www.jotform.com/pdf-submission/{0}. {0} we populate {0} with the actual submissionId.

I have noticed however that we can download the forms if we're logged in. We require that the submissions are available at any given time for download regardless if logged in or not.

Why has this been changed? And how do we get around the issue to avoid logging in when we download our submissions?

Do note that this may have been implemented for security purposes; however, I'm forward this to our second level as feature request. 

Although we cannot provide an ETA, we will let you know as soon as we get any update about it.
