Hey,
Instead of using multiple fields conditioning I believe you can just use configurable list widget.

Could you please tell us more about how you want to have fields showing?
I checked the form and I see these fields:
If you meant to have child 2 and child 3 fields required (to ensure that the fields are filled), then here is how to do that:
We'll wait for your response.
Thank you!

katemaguireReplied on June 15, 2017 at 8:43 PMHi there,
Thanks for your prompt response.
We have created this reservation form for a workshop which can accommodate only 15 kids at a time.
In the past, a parent with 4 children has had to fill out the same form 4 times as a tick in the ‘preferred session’ implies one spot.
Is there a way (potentially conditional logic) that if details of multiple children are entered, then spots taken up correspond to the number of kids in that form?
Hope this makes sense.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards,
Anmol Singh

I have inspected your form and I saw that you have removed multiple child name and age fields. Currently there is only one child name and child age field on the form.
Instead of Gift Registry I would suggest you to use Inventory widget. This way your users will not have to fill the form multiple times, if they have more that one kid.
You can also add multiple child fields and use conditional logic to show them base on number that was selected inside of Inventory field.
