    I got message that my jot form account is autosuspended. Can you re-activate please? because I can't share my survey link to friends? Thank you in advance.

    Hello Ana-Marija Djuric,

    You may suspended cause of our Terms Of Use. 

    We will look your forms to find causes for suspend and then reactivate your account as soon as possible.

    We have a system which detects the phishing fields in Jotform and this system suspends the accounts and disables the forms if there are fields that include phishing. But in rare cases we can encounter with the suspends which are made by mistake. In such cases our users contact us.

    When I check your Jotform account, it seems that it has been already activated and your form has been added to the whitelist.
